Working in the customer service team, you provide our customers with personal advice on a daily basis. You answer queries quickly, professionally and in a friendly manner and explain complicated insurance matters clearly and simply. Your goal is to make life easier for our customers.

Training/coaching

  • Role as a practical trainer to support our apprentices
