Sanitas is the ideal health partner. Based on the results of K-Tipp’s annual, representative survey, the company has a very large number of satisfied customers. More than 65% of customers who’ve drawn benefits from Sanitas in the last two years are very happy with the service.
Our investments in innovative and digital solutions and customer service have paid off once again. The representative K-Tipp survey was conducted by the Link Institute in Lucerne. From 18 July to 25 August 2022, 2,665 people in German-speaking and French-speaking Switzerland between the ages of 15 and 79 were contacted by phone and asked how happy they were with the services of their health insurance company.
The top ranking from K-Tipp fits in seamlessly alongside a whole range of outstanding results in customer satisfaction surveys. In the last three years, Sanitas has always secured a podium place in a total of nine surveys conducted by K-Tipp, Comparis and bonus.ch.
