Sanitas aces survey, too

Customer satisfaction is a top priority for Sanitas. Our customers appreciate our efforts. After coming in second last year, this year’s survey sees Sanitas take top spot with a score of 5.2.

Some 1,500 users took part in the survey conducted by In addition to the overall score, Sanitas fared excellently in the following categories:

  • 5.2 for “Application processing”: clarity of information, quotes, etc.
  • 5.2 for “Claims settlements”: invoices, reibursement deadlines, etc.
  • 5.2 for “Customer service”: availability, politeness of staff
