The Sanitas health programmes are primarily aimed at improving customer health.
The programmes focus on enhancing quality of life despite chronic illness, restoring psychological balance, preventing back pain as well as providing nutritional advice, fitness coaching and much more. Participants in certain programmes also have access to practical health apps as an additional form of support.
The Sanitas health programmes at a glance:
- Psychological balance: web-based psychological balance programme (for those suffering from stress, burnout, anxiety or depressive moods)
- Healthy back: personalised health coaching for back pain including exercise using a computer game for minor back pain
- Health coaching: individual advice and support for those suffering from obesity, diabetes, lipid metabolic disorders or high blood pressure.
