Probably one of the most important questions: how do I send in my invoices? The easiest way is to use the Sanitas Portal app or the Sanitas customer portal. It saves you time and the price of a stamp. And you get your money back in record time.

With the Sanitas Portal app

If you send in your invoices with the Sanitas Portal app, your mobile phone becomes a scanner:

  • Log in.
  • Choose “Submit documents” and then “Take photo”.
  • Take a photo of all the pages of your reclaim voucher.
  • Send!
  • If everything worked, the status changes to ”Received”.

In the Sanitas customer portal

If you receive an invoice electronically, you can upload it as a file in the customer portal and send it. Or you can first scan it in and then send it as a file.

  • Log in.
  • In the toolbar, choose "Upload document".
  • Upload your reclaim voucher.
  • Check the quality. You can make any changes necessary.
  • Send and you’re finished!

Are you a Compact customer?

If so, you’ll get your money back faster if you send in your documents via the Sanitas Portal app or the customer portal. You can always submit your invoices straight away if you do so electronically. If you submit your invoices by post, you have to wait until you’ve reached your deductible.

There are different addresses depending on where you live and which insurance plan you’ve taken out. The easiest way is to order address labels. You can do so in the customer portal or by phone.
