The effects of COVID-19 place strain on our psyche and trigger feelings of uncertainty, loneliness and stress. This specially developed online course from Selfapy can help boost your mental well-being to cope with this challenging time.

What do you get?

The programme deals with topics such as stress management, social distancing, maintaining a routine and how to handle negative feelings. It is tailored to your requirements and recommends exercises to suit your mood. You also have the opportunity to contact a psychologist.

How does it work?

The corona programme consists of psychoeducational texts and videos that provide you with general information on how to deal with the corona virus. Interactive exercises help you learn techniques to stop negative thinking and deal with feelings like loneliness. If necessary, you can get individual support from a psychologist using a message service.

Who is this offer suitable for?

For many people, the new coronavirus is associated with uncertainty, stress and panic. This can lead to sleep disorders, brooding, anxiety or tension. Living together in a confined space for a prolonged period can also make people feel crowded or annoyed. This situation is often a real test for relationships.

The corona programme has been developed in cooperation with Professor Gunther Meinlschmidt from the International Psychoanalytic University Berlin and is geared towards people who need psychological help and support in this difficult situation.
