Panic attacks, anxiety and excessive worry can have a major impact on our daily life. The Selfapy online course helps you better understand your fears and prevent attacks. It will also help you overcome your fear of the fear itself.

How does it work?

The online course takes 12 weeks. At the start of the programme you identify your goals, then you work in weekly sessions with structured modules and interactive exercises. You learn to deal better with panic, phobias and worries in daily life. By the end of the course, you will know your own anxiety cycle and the mental and physical triggers better and will receive tips and ideas to counter your fears and lead a more fear-free life.

Each week you receive interactive exercises, videos and informative texts as well as a personal evaluation and feedback on your progress. You also have the possibility to send messages to a trained specialist at any time.

What is Selfapy?

Cognitive behavioural therapy has proven to be particularly effective in treating generalised anxiety disorders. This psychotherapy aims at reprogramming your thoughts. The Selfapy online programme is based on these methods and reduces the symptoms of anxiety and panic disorders in the long term.

The Selfapy courses help you deal specifically with your fear. Psycho-educational texts and videos are available to help you with this. In the programme you identify your personal anxiety triggers and use the interactive exercises to break your anxiety cycle. A further course module deals with topics such as mindfulness and relaxation.
