A few days ago Sanitas sent out a letter requesting information from customers insured under the framework agreements of the Swiss Football Association (SFV). Customers were asked to enclose a copy of their personal membership document for the Swiss Football Association. This request has caused confusion among recipients.
Please note: Sanitas accepts any form of proof of membership for the football association, for example, proof of payment of membership fees, certificate of membership or similar. The deadline has been extended to 15 April 2018.
Employees, officials and honorary members of the Swiss Football Association and trainers can ignore the letter from Sanitas – the Swiss Football Association will provide proof of membership for these people.
