Customer satisfaction survey: Sanitas takes top spot

Customer satisfaction is a top priority for Sanitas. We deliver innovative digital solutions that make access to healthcare as easy as possible for our customers. And our efforts are paying off, with Sanitas scoring the top mark of 5.4 in the survey.

In July 2021, 3160 people in Switzerland were asked how happy they were with the services of their health insurance company. The overall score was based on the following three ratings:

  • 5.4 for clarity of information (quote, policy, terms of insurance, letters, etc.)
  • 5.4 for clarity of invoices (legibility, speed of reimbursement, etc.)
  • 5.3 for customer service (availability, friendliness, professionalism of employees)

We would like to say a big thank you to our customers for the trust they place in us. We will use the top score as an incentive to develop more innovative services and offers to continue to make insurance affairs as simple as possible in the future.
