Great success when it comes to customer satisfaction. In the survey conducted by bonus.ch, the comparison portal for western Switzerland, Sanitas has clinched the top spot on the podium with a score of 5.3.
Over 4,700 participants took part in the bonus.ch survey, which took place in June 2023. In addition to the overall score of 5.3, Sanitas fared excellently in the following categories:
