There are many medicines that help with sleep problems, but most of them have unpleasant side effects and shouldn’t be taken for too long. That’s why it’s all the more important to find other ways of finding your way back to restful sleep.

The Coach uses the Insomnia Severity Index (ISI) to determine the severity of your sleep disorder and suggest appropriate measures.

The app helps you keep a structured sleep diary. You receive personal feedback on your data and specific recommendations for action which will help you find your way back to a healthy sleep rhythm and better quality of sleep. This way, you will be able to fully enjoy everyday life again.

Knowledge

Useful tips and fun quizzes help you to understand your sleep problems and manage them better. All the information is reliable and based on the latest research.

End-to-end coaching

You get a personal health plan with individual goals for nutrition, exercise and relaxation. In addition to coaching for sleep problems, the app also helps with high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes.
