Compact customer service

Our customer advisors in the Compact Centre will be happy to answer any questions you may have on your insurance or the products and services offered by Sanitas. Compact customers benefit from a lower premium and free services. In return, Compact customers are expected to meet certain conditions which enable us to reduce our administrative workload.

You are a Compact customer if you’ve taken out Compact One or Compact Basic basic insurance. Our customer advisors in the Compact Centre in Bern are happy to deal with any queries you may have. Please note the opening hours of our service hotline. If you have a question outside of these opening hours, you can contact us via the messenger or send us a portal message. We’ll be in touch during the next working day.

By live chat

When you open the Sanitas website, you’ll see a green circle with speech bubbles in the bottom right-hand corner. This is our live chat. You can use this chat function to talk to one of our customer advisors during opening hours.

By portal message

You can send us a portal message in the Sanitas customer portal and in the Portal app. This is similar to an email, but messages are encrypted as standard which means your information is more secure.

Via messenger

There is a messenger in the Sanitas Portal app under “Communication”. Send us a message, and our customer service team will respond as soon as possible.
