Score of 5.0 in the Comparis customer satisfaction survey
Customer satisfaction is Sanitas’ top priority. That’s why we’re delighted to have won silver in the latest Comparis survey.
In this year’s comparis.ch customer satisfaction survey, we received a strong rating of 5.0 (silver). This was the result of the annual, representative survey of 4,500 people conducted in May 2026. The survey included a total of 18 health insurance companies.
The overall score of 5.0 is based on the average of the following categories:
- Value for money: 4.9
- Benefits: quality and service: 5.0
- Information, communication and transparency: 5.0
- Convenience of touchpoints and contacts: 4.9
- Overall satisfaction: 5.0
