They’ll answer any queries you may have relating to your health insurance or the services offered by Sanitas. Around 160 customer advisors in the Sanitas service centres are waiting to deal with your queries. Our five service centres in Aarau, Winterthur, Lausanne, Lugano and Zurich cover all of Switzerland’s main language regions. It’s simple: Simply call the advice hotline and you’ll automatically be put through to the service centre in your region.

When you open the Sanitas website, you’ll see a green circle with speech bubbles in the bottom right-hand corner. This is our live chat. You can use this chat function to talk to a customer advisor during opening hours. The chat function can also be found in the Sanitas customer portal and the Sanitas Portal app. Send us a message and you’ll receive an answer as soon as possible.

You can send us a portal message in the Sanitas customer portal and the Sanitas Portal app. This is similar to an email, but messages are encrypted as standard which means your message is more secure.
