Preference customer service

You are a Preference customer if you have taken out semiprivate or private supplementary hospital insurance. Your personal customer advisor will be happy to help you with your inquiry. Not just when you’re sick, but with any health-related matters.

If you’re new to Sanitas, your personal advisor will be in touch to welcome you on board. You’ll receive a direct number and a personal email address. You can contact your advisor directly whenever you have a question.

Your Preference customer advisor

If your personal customer advisor is not available by phone, they can call you back. But our other Preference customer advisors or customer support team will also be happy to help.

Preference medical care advisor

Our Preference customer advisors work closely with the Preference medical care advisors. Medical care advisors are very familiar with the various methods treatment available. They are in contact with hospitals, specialists and other healthcare providers, and know who can best help you in the event of a health problem. Whenever it makes sense to do so, your medical care advisor will contact you directly.

Direct connection with the Sanitas Portal

If you don’t have the direct number of your customer advisor to hand, just open the Sanitas Portal. You’ll find the Chat button on the first page. Here you can put your question to the customer support team or get put straight through to your customer advisor.
