Sanitas offers telemedicine advice in partnership with Sanitas Med and Medgate. You will receive an initial medical assessment and recommendations on what to do next.
The right number for your insurance model
Get access to medical advice any time – by phone or via the app. Choose the hotline that matches your insurance model.
TelMed Basic
Have a health concern? Get medical advice by phone or via the app. If the consultation is sufficient, it will be covered by basic insurance, just like a visit to the doctor.
TelMed Plus
If you have any health concerns, you can quickly get an initial medical assessment or a second opinion from a doctor. Telemedicine advice is free of charge for you.
MultiAccess
With MultiAccess, you will be cared for by Medbase Telehealth or Medgate. If the telemedicine consultation is sufficient, it will be covered by basic insurance, just like a visit to the doctor.
All other insured persons
If you have any health concerns, you get an initial medical assessment and recommendations for the next steps. The telemedicine consultation is billed through basic insurance, just like a regular doctor's visit.
