Another success when it comes to customer satisfaction: In the survey conducted by the comparison portal bonus.ch, Sanitas ranks third with a score of 5.2.

Over 5500 participants took part in the bonus.ch survey, which took place in May 2026. In addition to the overall score of 5,2, Sanitas received the following category-specific scores:

5.3 for claims settlements

5.2 for customer service

5.2 for application processing
