Medical advice


Telemedical advice by phone, chat, or video is free of charge for you. Alternatively, you can visit one of our partner pharmacies for a free initial consultation.

Specialist clinics


You can take advantage of free consultations with specialists in dermatology, gynaecology, cardiology, and ENT.

Second medical opinion


You will receive a free second medical opinion over the phone to review an existing treatment recommendation and explore possible alternatives.

Cancer screening


For colonoscopies, mammograms, and gynaecological check-ups, you do not pay any deductible or copayment.

Free check-ups and measurements

Diabetes testing


Diabetes: HbA1c test and discussion of the next steps in treatment.
Cost: CHF 30 – free for you.

Cardio check


Assessment of the cardiovascular risk, including consultation
Cost: CHF 49 – free for you.

Otoscopy


Examination of the external auditory canal and eardrum, including consultation.
Cost: CHF 10 – free for you.

CRP measurement


Determination of CRP levels in cases of suspected bacterial infection, including consultation.
Cost: CHF 15 – free for you.

Vaccinations without a copayment

Flu


Annual vaccination, primarily for elderly people and high-risk groups, but also used by many other adults.

COVID-19


Has been administered very frequently in recent years (primary immunization and boosters).

Pneumococcal infections


Primarily for the elderly and people with certain pre-existing conditions, and therefore relatively common in the adult population.
