Why doesn’t my document work?

There may be several reasons why your document cannot be processed: It must not exceed 15 pages. We do not support your current health insurance provider. We can’t find a suitable Sanitas insurance plan that matches your current health insurance.

What if I want to compare several policies for different people?

If the policies are from the same health insurer, you can combine them into a single PDF. Unfortunately, our comparison tool can only process one document at a time. Please note that the document must not exceed 15 pages – it’s best to upload only the product pages. If the individuals are insured with different health insurers, you’ll need to run a separate comparison for each insurer.

I uploaded a document, but I don’t see a comparison. Why?

This means that, although we were able to process your document, we were unable to find a matching Sanitas insurance plan to include in the comparison. Additional info: The comparison tool cannot provide information on closed plans. The comparison tool cannot provide information on capital lump-sum insurance (Capital/Salary).
