There may be several reasons why your document cannot be read:

• It must not be longer than 15 pages.
• We do not support your current health insurer. 
• We can’t find a suitable Sanitas insurance plan that matches your current health insurance. 

If the policies are from the same health insurer, you can combine them into a single PDF. Our comparison tool can only process one document at a time. Please ensure that the document is no longer than 15 pages – ideally, simply combine the relevant product pages. 

If the people are insured with different health insurers, you will need to compare each policy separately.   

This means that, although we were able to read your document, Sanitas was unable to directly compare the insurance plan(s) from your current health insurer with a suitable Sanitas insurance plan. 

Additional info:  

• The comparison tool cannot provide information on closed plans.  
• The comparison tool cannot provide information on capital lump-sum insurance (Capital/Salary).  

An alternative plan will be suggested to you if the equivalent insurance with Sanitas is not cheaper than your current one, but we have an alternative with which you could save money.
