Sanitas is the ideal health partner. Based on the results of K-Tipp’s annual, representative survey, the company has a very large number of satisfied customers. 62% of customers were very happy with Sanitas.
Our investments in innovative and digital solutions and customer service have paid off once again. The K-Tipp survey was conducted online by the Sotomo opinion research institute from 18 to 25 July 2023. It included 3,049 people in the German and French-speaking parts of Switzerland.
The good ranking from K-Tipp fits in seamlessly alongside a whole range of outstanding results in customer satisfaction surveys. In the last four years, Sanitas has always secured a podium place in a total of twelve surveys conducted by K-Tipp, Comparis and bonus.ch.
