As you get older, you’re more likely to need hospital treatment. Looking ahead, it’s a good idea to use Hospital Upgrade for greater flexibility in your choice of supplementary hospital insurance. Hospital Upgrade enables you to switch from the general to the semiprivate hospital insurance or from the semiprivate to the private hospital insurance without a health check.
You can only take out Hospital Upgrade in combination with the Hospital Standard Liberty or Hospital Extra Liberty hospital insurance plans up to the year in which you turn 60.
